Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of UvoraClips. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility (17+)

The Service is intended only for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2) The Service

UvoraClips is a platform for video enthusiasts where users can upload, personalize, and explore videos, engage with creators, and participate in a community experience. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time and do not guarantee that any feature will always be available.

3) Accounts

  • Account creation: you may need an account and must provide accurate, up-to-date information (name/username and email).
  • Account security: you are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity under it.
  • Suspension/termination: we may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal compliance, or to protect the Service and users.

4) User Content and Community Rules

You may upload, post, or transmit content such as videos, images, text, comments, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

5) License to Operate the Service

To operate and provide the Service, you grant UvoraClips a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (to our processors/service providers), and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and make technical modifications of your User Content solely to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • display your content as you direct through your settings and actions; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce these Terms.

This license ends when you delete the User Content from the Service, except to the extent content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or where retention is required by law.

6) Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Do not violate laws or regulations.
  • Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Do not upload content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or sexually exploitative.
  • Do not bypass security, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not spam or distribute malware.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

7) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information

UvoraClips does not perform face recognition and does not use biometric identifiers for identification or profiling. If you use photo/image features, images are used only to deliver the requested feature, and one-time processing data may be deleted immediately after completion, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

AI / Automated Processing (If Available)
If AI-assisted or automated processing features are available, you control whether to upload content and generate results. Content you upload may be processed on UvoraClips-controlled servers and handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including deletion immediately after processing is completed (unless you choose to save/upload outputs).

8) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

9) Intellectual Property

The Service (software, design, text, graphics, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to UvoraClips and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

10) Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation and without any obligation to keep it confidential.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UVORACLIPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UVORACLIPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. UVORACLIPS’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UvoraClips Team from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14) Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UvoraClips Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

16) Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

The arbitration will be confidential, conducted by a neutral arbitrator, and the decision will be final and binding. Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, you may have rights to bring claims in small claims court or to opt out; any such rights must be exercised in accordance with applicable law.
